Valeria Ramos Caro

Valeria Ramos Caro is an experienced Engagement Manager at Bird since April 2022. Previously, Valeria held the position of Operations Program Manager at BUREA from June 2020 to December 2021, where key achievements included strategizing and managing the creation of in-app elements for the BETA version of the app in Mexico, leading to over 20,000 downloads in the first quarter. Valeria also facilitated interdepartmental collaboration and supported campaign launch workflows. Prior to BUREA, Valeria served as a Sales and Marketing Specialist and intern at Bien Cool from June 2018 to February 2020. Valeria earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finances from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
