Raymond Tan

Raymond Tan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service, currently serving as the Assistant Commissioner for the Taxpayer eXperience Division at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore since February 2023. Prior to this role, Raymond Tan held multiple leadership positions at the Ministry of Manpower from April 2008 to March 2023, including Director of the Customer Responsiveness Department and Quality Service Manager, Director of Employment Standards Enforcement, and various Deputy Director roles focusing on labour relations and workplace standards. Raymond Tan also contributed to Contact Singapore in various capacities, ultimately serving as Director for Global Operations and Regional Director for the Americas, Europe, and Emerging Markets. Raymond Tan earned a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Economics from the National University of Singapore from 1996 to 2000.
