Nilesh Bhimji

Nilesh Bhimji is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service introduction and IT operations, currently serving as Senior Service Introduction Manager at Inmarsat since May 2006. At Inmarsat, Nilesh has also held positions including Senior Manager of Service Delivery & Billing IT Operations, Manager of Application Management, Team Leader for Business Support Systems, and Application Systems Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as Applications Support Analyst at Servista, focusing on service desk analytics for utilities and telecommunication billing systems, and serving as SMC Controller at T-Mobile UK, managing service incidents across a broad range of network services. Nilesh holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Westminster and an HND in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
