Karina O'Gorman

Karina O'Gorman is the European Head of Force for Good at innocent drinks, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Karina was a member of the London Leadership Board for Business in the Community from August 2020 to June 2021. Karina's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Corporate Responsibility at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) and the Head of Corporate Responsibility at Pentland Brands. Additionally, Karina held the position of Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at L'Oreal UK and Ireland, and the Head of Fundraising at Medecins Sans Frontieres UAE. Earlier career roles include Corporate Citizenship Manager for EMEA & APAC at Research In Motion and Citizenship Manager at Microsoft, where initiatives significantly improved employee engagement. Karina began their career as a Fundraising Manager at the National MS Society. Karina O'Gorman holds an MSc in Business Management and an LLB in Law from the University of East Anglia.
