Jane Hilk

Jane Sinclair Hilk is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Verde and Spice World since 2020, as well as having previously held similar positions at Second Nature Brands and Innophos, Jane has demonstrated a strong commitment to corporate governance. Jane's extensive experience includes significant contributions to Kraft Foods Group as President, EVP, and CMO for 25 years. Additionally, Jane held positions at M/A/R/C Research as an Account Manager and The ARS Group as Operations Manager early in their career. Jane holds an M.B.A. with honors from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
