Oleg Sharov

Oleg Sharov is a highly experienced software engineering professional currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Innotech since January 2024. Prior to this, Oleg held the position of VP of Engineering at Uploadcare from October 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included administrative management of engineering teams, HR process development, and shaping technology strategy. Oleg has also served as CTO at ITECH.games, leading the development of platforms for social networks and mobile games, and held roles such as Backend Team Lead at ECHO and Head of the Russian Office for a Silicon Valley startup. Early in the career, Oleg worked as a Project Manager at Skript Ltd and began as a Software Engineer at Ulyanovsk State Technical University, where Oleg earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
