Antarlina Mathews is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades of progressive responsibility in HR management. Currently serving as Associate Director at Innova Solutions since March 2024, Antarlina previously held various leadership roles at iQor, including Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager, and Manager, overseeing HR functions and compliance for the India region. Antarlina's experience encompasses strategic HR direction, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
