Rupali Srivastava is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various managerial roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Innova Solutions since September 2022, Rupali previously held positions including Manager HR at Minosha India Ltd, Deputy Manager Human Resources at Makino Auto Industries, and Human Resources roles at Motherson Automotive Technologies & Engineering and JBM Group, where responsibilities included talent acquisition for multiple manufacturing units.
