Teresa Jordan serves as the Chief Legal & People Officer at InnovaCare Health since January 2024, overseeing legal, compliance, advocacy, ESG, and people services. Previously, Teresa held the role of General Counsel at Honest Medical Group from November 2021 to January 2024 and at InnovaCare Health earlier in their career, providing strategic direction for legal and regulatory functions focused on senior care in Florida and Texas. Additionally, Teresa has extensive experience at Cigna as SVP & Associate Chief Counsel, overseeing attorney and compliance teams, and at HealthSpring, Inc. and Amcare Health Plans Inc. as SVP & General Counsel. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
