William Gullage

Bill is a seasoned financial executive with international experience in the areas of raising capital, board governance, financial reporting for private and public companies, forecasting and planning.

Having held senior financial roles for almost 30 years with Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Ltd., MedMira Inc., xwave and Doane Raymond, today Bill offers part-time CFO services to small and growing companies. He has helped raise capital, from debt to equity, across Canada, New York and Hong Kong, completed merger and acquisition transactions, and led finance teams for public and private companies in the IT and biotechnology sectors.
