Matthew Benson

Matthew Benson is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. At InnovAge since October 2017, Matthew has served as VP of IT Business Operations, VP of IT Strategy and Transformation, and Senior IT Transformation & Integration Advisor, focusing on IT M&A activities and driving strategic IT initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to InnovAge, Matthew was a Principal Consultant at The North Highland Company, managing accounts and developing IT strategies. Experience at ProLogis involved overseeing North American IT infrastructure, while previous roles at Capgemini and Ernst & Young concentrated on project management and systems analysis. Matthew began a career in IT support at Nationwide Insurance after earning a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Mount Union.
