Teresa Sparks is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and board governance within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Valtruis since June 2022, Sparks also holds multiple independent board member roles, including Chair of the Audit Committees for InnovAge, Harrow Health, and QualityMetric, as well as Chair of the Compliance Committee for ATI Physical Therapy.
