Amanda Szramiak

Amanda Szramiak is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Consultant at Innovare since October 2022. Previously, Amanda held the position of School Principal at ReGeneration Schools from July 2017 to July 2022, where leadership was demonstrated in academics and school culture at CICS Washington Park, overseeing a diverse team of 22 educators. Prior to this, Amanda worked as a Reading Teacher for 7th and 8th grades at CICS Avalon, managing individual learning goals for multiple classes, and as a 6th grade ELA Teacher at Seton Catholic Schools. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree from Marquette University and a Master of Education (MEd) from Relay Graduate School of Education.
