Inês Bartilotti currently serves as the Director of New Ventures at Innovate Calgary since July 2023. Previously, Inês held the role of Professional Development Manager at McKinsey & Company, where leadership support for the operations practice was provided. Experience includes strategic advisory positions at human. and imatch - innovation collective, as well as serving as Head of Knowledge Transfer, Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Fraunhofer Portugal. Inês co-founded StarComPower, focusing on partnerships and strategy. A career has also spanned roles at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. and Philip Morris International. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Católica Porto Business School and a Doctor of Medicine from Universidade do Porto, alongside specialized studies in positive psychology and mindful leadership.
