Stephen Lafrance

Stephen LaFrance is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and business operations. Currently serving as Vice President at CIVC Partners since 2021 and as a Board Member at InnovateMR since January 2022, Stephen has previously owned Caribbean Clear Pools from 2020 to 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, finance, sales, and marketing for a leading pool maintenance service in Florida. From 2017 to 2020, Stephen worked as a Private Equity Associate at AVALT, focusing on deal due diligence and portfolio company initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2014 to 2017, where strategic advising was provided to corporate and private equity clients, along with earlier internships in finance and research at J.P. Morgan, GE, and Ned Davis Research. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.
