Meena Kadri is a seasoned social innovation professional with extensive experience in community engagement, strategy, and research. Currently serving as a Social Innovation Associate at Innovation Unit since April 2021, Meena has contributed to transformative projects aimed at enhancing social equity. As a longstanding consultant at Random Specific since March 2008, Meena has provided a diverse array of services, including human-centered design and digital media strategy. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at Springload, an Ethnic Engagement Advisor for New Zealand's Ministry of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a Community Engagement Strategist at IDEO, where efforts in facilitation and community management garnered recognition, including a Webby Award. Meena's academic background includes a BA in Anthropology from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master's in Design from RMIT University, complemented by teaching positions in various esteemed institutions.
