Youri Vaisse

Youri Vaisse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth marketing, e-commerce, and business strategy. Currently serving as Head of Growth at Innovative Beauty Group since December 2024, Youri previously held the position of Vice President of Growth at John Hardy, where responsibilities included developing omni-channel growth strategies. As COO and Co-Founder of Oscar Massin, Youri directed global business strategy implementation. Earlier roles include General Manager at Madam Glam, Managing E-commerce and retail strategies, General Manager and Co-Founder of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA, and CEO of Euskal Miles.
