Brad Jester

Brad Jester is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and technology sectors, currently serving as an Advisor at Innovia GEO and Core Renewables, while also holding the position of CEO at UpScored since September 2018. At UpScored, Brad has played a key role in assisting over 50 venture-funded data and tech startups in recruiting top talent. Previously, as the Founder of JobRobin, Brad established a platform that matched candidates in technology fields with job opportunities. Brad co-founded BCI Solar, specializing in renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia, and has held various other roles including Product Manager at Aaaiiirrr.org, Director of Projects at Clean Energy Associates, and Project Developer at SunPower Corporation. Brad earned a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University in 2001.
