Xiaolei Cong

Xiaolei Cong is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture investing and private equity. Currently serving as a Founding Member and Investor at Innovius Capital since July 2021, Xiaolei specializes in Series B investments in enterprise application software, infrastructure software, and fintech. Prior experience includes a position in the Investment Team at Citi Ventures, focusing on fintech and the future of commerce, as well as a role in private equity at Corsair Capital dealing with financial and business services. Xiaolei’s investment banking background includes advisory roles in M&A at Evercore and experience in natural resources at Goldman Sachs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics (B.S.) with a focus on Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) in Systems Engineering from the Jerome Fisher M&T Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
