Dr Olufemi Rabiu

Dr. Olufemi Rabiu, FRSC, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Quality at Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Rabiu held various leadership positions at Evelo Biosciences, including Vice President and Senior Director of Quality, from September 2017 to September 2023. Experience also includes serving as Clinical BioPharm QA Director and Global Quality Assurance Director at Shire, Head of Pharmaceutical Quality & Developments at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust, and Head of Technical Research & Development at Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Dr. Rabiu's career began at Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where Dr. Rabiu was involved in technical operations and production management. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Pharmaceutics & Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Ibadan, an MSc in Science Entrepreneurship from Bayes Business School, and an MSc in Pharmaceutics & Pharm Technology from the University of Lagos, along with a BPharm in Pharmacy from the University of Ibadan.
