Kristen Aldweib is a seasoned professional in quality assurance management with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Quality Assurance Management Systems at Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics, Inc., Kristen previously held the position of Sr. Director of Quality Assurance at RoslinCT, where responsibilities included overseeing Quality Systems and leading QA Operations and Supplier Quality. At Minovia Therapeutics, Kristen managed global quality assurance and systems across multiple manufacturing sites while ensuring compliance for a Phase 1 clinical trial. With a long tenure at Takeda, Kristen held various leadership roles focused on Quality Management Systems, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
