Rui Lavrador

Rui Lavrador is a Business Intelligence Developer and Data Engineer at InnoWave since November 2022, previously holding the same title at Decode from September 2021 to November 2022. With a background in IT consulting at Innogen Technologies Limited from November 2015 to August 2021, Rui specialized in the maintenance and support of Oracle Retail systems. Rui's early career included research roles at IBILI-Faculty of Medicine from May 2011 to August 2015, focusing on biomarker identification in Huntington’s disease and methodological advances in Diffusion Spectrum MRI, utilizing technologies such as MATLAB and C. Additional experience includes an internship at Siemens S.A. in the Healthcare Sector and a non-curricular traineeship at Hospitais da Universidade de Coimbra. Rui holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra, earned between 2004 and 2010.
