Shane Dustin is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Regional Director at InnVentures IVI LP since September 2019, Shane has a proven track record in the industry. Prior roles include General Manager at Hilton Hotels Worldwide and various leadership positions at Hilton, where responsibilities included Front Office Manager and Director of Food and Beverage. Earlier experience includes Executive Chef roles at Radisson and California Avocado Grill, along with culinary positions at Bernardo Heights Country Club, Urge Gastropub, and Hell's Kitchen Hospitality Group.
