Mr. Irfan has served as a director of the Company since July 8, 2014. A solutions-oriented Business Strategist with 30+ years of leadership experience, Mr. Irfan has been Chicago-based CEO (Global Businesses) since 2013 of Cranes Software, a group of MNCs providing IT, Big-Data Analytics, Business Intelligence & Tech-Education services. A trusted strategic advisor to global institutions, Mr. Irfan previously served as Chief Strategy Officer for CSIL; a General Counsel for Schneider Electric (a Paris-based global leader in energy management); a Chief Counsel for Square D (US), and practiced IP law at two int’l. law firms in the US. He also advises global Corporates, NGOs, NPOs, and Ed-Institutions on M&A strategies, CSG/SRI, Strategic Sustainability & Governance, Inter-Faith bridge-building, Diversity/Cultural Sensitivity, International Collaborations, and Industry-oriented Management/Leadership programs. A recipient of the US Department of Justice's 'Distinguished Community Leadership Award', Mr. Irfan has a B.S. in Electronics Engineering (Bangalore University), an M.S. in Computer Engineering (University of Illinois), and a J.D. from DePaul University (Chicago).
