Helena Andrade

Helena Andrade is a User Experience Researcher currently employed at InPost since July 2023. Previously, Helena held the position of Research Director at Ruby Labs, where responsibilities included structuring and expanding UX Research operations, managing a team of researchers, and supporting workflow definitions for the UX team. Helena's extensive experience includes roles as a UX Research Lead at Feedzai, a UX Researcher at Namecheap, Inc. and Farfetch, and as a UX Research Lead at Gympass, focusing on user feedback and product testing. Earlier career highlights include work as a UX Designer at AG2 Nurun and as a Junior UX Designer at Abril Educação. Helena holds a Bachelor's degree in Editorial Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and completed several UX training programs, including at Mergo User Experience and UXChange Academy.
