Joanna Tarnawska-Durda is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR project management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at InPost since January 2022, Joanna specializes in end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and managerial positions across various sectors, including finance and IT. Previous roles include HR & Employer Branding Manager at IT-Leaders.pl, where Joanna implemented HR policies and managed internal and external communications.
