Maciej Tomczyk is an experienced Technical Leader and IT Trainer with a strong background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Technical Leader at Jit Team since May 2021, Maciej has designed technical solutions, assessed architectural needs, and mentored developers while maintaining code quality. Previous roles include Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems and Senior Software Engineer at PGS Software S.A., where responsibilities involved mentoring, improving technical knowledge, and delivering features aligned with specifications. Maciej has expertise in various technologies including Kotlin, Java, React, Spring Boot, and cloud services. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in IT from Gdańsk University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Polsko-Japońska Wyższa Szkoła Technik Komputerowych w Gdańsku.
