Rosie Nugent is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Employee Experience at Input Output (IOHK) since December 2023, Rosie has previously held key positions including Human Resources Director at Crypto.com and Chief People Officer at Coremont. With a robust background in global human resources management, Rosie has also worked as Global Human Resources Director at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group and Global HR Business Partner at PRO Unlimited UK. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Delta Capita and Senior Human Resources/Learning & Development Manager at Frank Hirth. Rosie began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at The Children's Trust. Rosie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services (MCIPD) obtained in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kingston University earned in 2004.
