Weng Seng Chin

Weng Seng Chin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in delivery management and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Global Head of Delivery Management at INSCALE since May 2024, Weng Seng Chin oversees client and team management. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer for Global ODC at Azeus Convene and multiple positions at INSCALE, including Global Head of Delivery Management and Global Head of Digital Services and Project Management. Weng Seng Chin also held the position of Project Manager at EY and Silicon Communications Sdn Bhd, with initial experience as an Associate at Azeus Systems Limited. Weng Seng Chin holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Universiti Malaya, earned between 1994 and 1998.
