Dr. Vinika Devasar Rao

Dr. Vinika Devasar Rao serves as the Executive Director of the INSEAD Africa Initiative and Hoffmann Institute for Business & Society in Asia, alongside roles as Executive Director of the INSEAD Emerging Markets Institute and Gender Initiative, and Asia Director of the Hoffmann Global Institute for Business & Society. With an extensive background in business strategy and education, Dr. Devasar Rao has been a pivotal figure in various institutions since June 2010, including a founding role at the Emerging Markets Institute. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at SP Jain School of Global Management, Apex Biz Solutions, and PT Suryamas Dutamakmur, among others.
