Shamshul Hussain

Shamshul Hussain is a business solutions executive at INSIDEA since December 2024 and co-founder of QAYAAS YOUTH FOUNDATION since May 2021. With prior experience as a growth associate at Growtomation and president and CEO of AIESEC from September 2021 to February 2024, Shamshul has demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing a multi-tiered team of 97 individuals and overseeing operations for the Bhopal branch of AIESEC India. Shamshul's role involved stakeholder management, B2B sales enhancements, event curation, and achieving a 200% target vs. actual performance. Additionally, as chief of outgoing global social sector, responsibilities included facilitating international exchanges and promoting global volunteer programs in line with sustainable development goals. Shamshul holds a Bachelor's degree in public policy, forensic & management from Jagran Lakecity University and completed higher education in PCB at St. Joseph's Co-Ed School.
