Mr. Carlson is the principal behind the Neon Dolphin Technology Group, a boutique technology management consulting firm that focuses on improving top and bottom line results and creating shareholder value. As Chief Executive Officer and President of publicly-traded and private companies, Mr. Carlson has produced clear results and improved financial metrics by assembling strong teams, re-setting strategies, and creating a climate of improving key metrics.

As CEO and President of Teletouch Communications, Mr. Carlson built and led the team that grew revenues from $42M to $58M and EBITDA from $12.3M to $16.2M. He accomplished this by re-positioning the company from standalone paging to becoming a wireless services provider, entering less competitive markets, and launching new services. In an industry climate of falling demand, Teletouch was a standout as the only financially healthy publicly traded paging and messaging company that continued to grow during that period.
