Katie Payne

Katie Payne has over a decade of experience in education and program management. Currently, as a Change Manager and Program Director at InsideTrack since February 2013, Katie has contributed to various leadership initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a 3rd Grade Reading Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools and a Program Coordinator for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, where responsibilities included developing professional development programs for international education leaders. Additionally, Katie has engaged in youth organizing with the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition and provided academic support as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Peabody College, Vanderbilt University. Educational credentials include an M.Ed. in International Education Policy & Management from Peabody College and a B.A. in English & Women's Studies from The University of the South.
