Jiayun Yu

Jiayun Yu is a skilled data engineer with extensive experience in data processing and technology consulting. Currently, at AbleTo Inc. since October 2018, Jiayun utilizes expertise in data engineering. As an Insight Data Engineering Fellow at Insight Data Science since June 2018, Jiayun developed a pipeline to extract data from Stack Overflow, managing 304 GB of data using Spark and AWS. Previous experience includes a summer internship at Ford Motor Company, where efforts focused on researching AI and machine learning applications in recruitment, and a role as a software engineer at Danshu Technology Ltd., where responsibilities included gathering business requirements and performing quality assurance tests. Jiayun holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.
