Willem van Aswegen

Willem Van Aswegen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Principal Consultant in the Data & AI practice at Insight since July 2015. In this role, Willem provides technical pre-sales assistance and oversees the delivery of data platform and analytics projects, while also managing key performance indicators for the Data & AI practice. Previous positions include Principal Consultant at DWS, where business intelligence technical pre-sales assistance was provided, and Manager at Avanade, responsible for the delivery of business intelligence projects. Willem began a consultancy career at Accenture as a Consultant, contributing to significant projects, and gained early experience at HLB-NGA, implementing anti-money laundering reporting solutions. Willem holds a B.Sc in Information Technology and a B.Sc (Hons) in Informatics from Rand Afrikaans University.
