Megan Leigh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Lead Recruiter at Insight Global since January 2021, Megan specializes in sourcing professionals across various sectors including IT and healthcare for Fortune 1000 clients. Prior experience includes roles at the University of California, Los Angeles, where Megan transitioned from a Campus Tour Guide to a Professional Recruiter, and also held positions such as the Director of Dancer Relations for the Pediatric AIDS Coalition. In addition to recruitment, Megan has demonstrated strong leadership skills as the Kids Group Director at UCLA's Bruin Woods Family Resort and as the Head of Risk Management for Chi Omega Fraternity.
