Paula Ilochi

Paula Ilochi, MPH, is an accomplished instructional designer currently employed at Insight Global, where responsibilities include creating outlines and storyboards in collaboration with subject-matter experts and proofreading various educational materials. Paula also serves as an adjunct professor at Prince George's Community College, developing e-Learning courses and overseeing student assessments. Experience includes recent work as an implementation facilitator at MIND Education and as an e-learning course content creator at MRCC, employing the ADDIE model to design college-level content. Prior roles include managing the Army Community Services Information and Referral Program, acting as a victim advocate at Magellan Health, and strategic planning at Human Solutions, Inc.
