Perry Alagappan

Perry Alagappan is an experienced hardware integration engineer currently working at Kairos Aerospace since February 2022. In addition to this role, Perry serves as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, assigned to the 801st Engineer Company (Reserve) in Vallejo, CA, since November 2020. Prior to these positions, Perry was a graduate teaching assistant at Stanford University and a Mayfield Fellow at the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, while also gaining practical experience as a simulation engineer at Zipline. Earlier work includes roles at Arch Systems, Vopak, and NASA, where Perry contributed significantly to various engineering projects, including the development of IoT sensor technologies and data visualization for the Parker Solar Probe mission. Perry holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where notable academic contributions include research published in Nature Scientific Reports.
