Yael Cohen

Yael Cohen currently serves as HRBP for Europe and APAC at INSIGHTEC, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Yael spent over six years at MIS Implants Technologies Ltd. as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on staffing needs, talent acquisition strategies, and enhancing employee onboarding experiences. Additional experience includes roles at Lumenis as HRBP for R&D and Marketing, HR Coordinator at T.A.G. Medical Products Corporation Ltd., and a temporary HR Coordinator/Manager position at Rafael. Yael began the career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Philips Medical Systems.
