Charles Bayless

Charles Bayless has extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for TS Conductor and as a Consultant for Insigniam, Charles has also been involved with E Source and West Virginia American Water Company as a member of their advisory and board teams, respectively. Additional contributions include advisory roles for Angeleno Group and a long-standing membership with the Philmont Ranch Committee BSA. Charles previously served on the Board of Directors for the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and the Climate Institute, alongside a notable tenure at Recycled Energy Development. Academically, Charles holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan, a JD from West Virginia University College of Law, and advanced degrees in Electrical and Power Engineering from West Virginia University.
