Anna Maria Galinska

Anna Maria Galinska is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at insitro since September 2024, Anna previously held several senior legal positions at Gritstone bio, including Associate Vice President and Head of Corporate Legal. Anna's career also includes roles at Cooley LLP as a Senior Associate and at various prestigious law firms, including Sidley Austin LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions was developed. As a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for legal professionals, Anna actively engages in sharing best practices and supporting peers. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Doctor of Law, summa cum laude, from the University of Warsaw, along with additional studies in business and commercial law at esteemed institutions in Europe.
