Marcia Long

Marcia Long has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation strategies across various industries, currently serving as the Executive Director of Total Rewards at Insmed Incorporated since May 2024. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Motional, and Sr. Director of Executive Compensation and Global Incentives at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where Marcia developed innovative compensation strategies. At Deckers Outdoor and Baxalta, strategic direction for global compensation and benefits programs was established, along with the design of incentive and equity programs. Marcia has also held leadership positions at Amgen, Mercer, and Equity Office Properties, focusing on compensation program development, executive compensation advisement, and compliance with regulations. Marcia Long earned a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
