Customer Experience

The Customer Experience team at Insomniac Events ensures that all attendees, especially VIP guests, enjoy a seamless and elevated event experience. This involves managing VIP front-of-house services, coordinating Ground Control and Headliner experiences for crowd safety and satisfaction, and liaising with artists to enhance guest interactions. The team is also responsible for dispatching and addressing any on-ground issues promptly.
