Karynn Needel

Karynn Needel (Glantz) has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Director at Insource Services, Inc. since December 2013. Karynn effectively manages HR for over twenty clients across diverse industries, including biotech, financial, non-profit, education, health care, and construction. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at The Daily Item, where Karynn established and directed all HR functions, and Human Resources responsibilities at Net Atlantic, Inc. Karynn has also provided consulting services to startups such as Wainwright Investment Council and Northport Technologies, developing HR functions and supporting organizational growth. Educational qualifications include a BS in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
