Sonia Houle

Sonia Houle is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in technical consulting and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at InSource, Inc. since October 2022, Sonia has previously held significant roles including Senior Software Engineer at NewRocket and a progressive tenure at Crossfuze as a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant. Sonia's experience encompasses the implementation and customization of ServiceNow solutions, ITIL process support at Virteva, and technical support for various organizations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
