Victor Graner Falcão

Victor Graner Falcão currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Tembici since September 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Victor has held positions such as Human Resources Executive Manager at both Atvos and Insper, where Victor also contributes as an Assistant Professor in the Professional Masters of Business Administration and Public Policies program. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Novonor and Concessionária Rota das Bandeiras SA., as well as various positions at Odebrecht Transport and OEC. Victor holds a Master of Science in Organizational Strategy from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UniRuy Wyden.
