Sanjeev Hirlekar

Sanjeev Hirlekar has extensive experience in operational leadership and consulting, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Inspira Enterprise since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sanjeev held the position of Practice Director at Wipro from August 2016 to September 2021. Sanjeev's career began at Blue Dart Express Limited as a Sr. LAN Executive from 1994 to 1997, followed by an Officer role at National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) from 1997 to 2000. Sanjeev then transitioned to Tech Mahindra Ltd., where a significant tenure as Principal Consultant lasted from January 2000 to August 2016.
