Thomas Hospod's work experience begins in 2012 when they started working as a Legislative Aide for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Law Clerk at Sallah Astarita & Cox. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Sovos Compliance as a Regulatory Counsel.
