Franchon Powell

Franchon Powell has diverse experience in education, community service, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Remote Team Member with Instant Teams since November 2020, Franchon previously facilitated the personal development of students as a Substitute Teacher with ESS since October 2018. Past roles include Youth Director with the American Red Cross through The Mission Continues, and as a Volunteer with TEENS DO CARE INC, where Franchon led community initiatives. Franchon’s foundational experience began with the US Army as a 68W Healthcare Specialist, providing medical aid and oversight in a combat environment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Columbia College and an Associate of Arts from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
