Mike Lightman

Mike Lightman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the lottery and gaming industries. Currently serving as Principal at Cerpien LLC since 2016, Lightman advises lottery and gaming companies. Lightman has been an Advisor for Instant Win Gaming since January 2018, contributing to the provision of online instant win games. Previous advisory roles included Imagine Experience (2018 - 2022), focusing on experiential prizing for North American lotteries, and Camelot Lottery Solutions (2018 - 2020), where Lightman was a Board Director. As Senior Vice President of Interactive at Scientific Games from 2010 to 2016, Lightman oversaw digital and loyalty initiatives, successfully implementing numerous interactive gaming projects. Lightman started the sales division at GameLogic as Vice President from 2004 to 2010, building a strong client base. Academically, Lightman holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Union College.
